If you haven’t already done so, please read check my image before
sending us your image file. Here are the final 2 steps:

1. Email us your image and specification
It's important that you own (or have permission to ask us to
reproduce) the image you are about to send us.
Copyright laws are very strict and by sending us your image you
confirm that The Poster Factory will not be infringing upon them!

Ok? Now launch your email client by clicking here, then attach
your chosen image using the 'attach' button.

Then before sending, clearly include in your email:

1. The size you would like your poster (A0, A1 etc)
2. A caption of up to 20 words (if required)
3. Your full name
4. The full delivery address and postcode
5. Your telephone number

Now send your email!

Note: Your telephone number will NOT be used for marketing
purposes. It is purely so we can contact you should there be any
image quality / payment processing problems.

Remember, Image files can take a little while to upload, so keep
an eye on your progress bar and check your ‘sent’ box afterwards.
If it’s not there, then it hasn’t gone!
We'll send you a return email, usually with 24 hours, to confirm we have received your image.

2. Post your cheque / postal order
Work out the cost of your poster (plus caption if applicable) and
send your payment, made out to The Poster Factory to:

Please print a duplicate copy of your email from Step 1 above and
enclose it along with your cheque. This will help us link your image
with your payment / delivery details

Cash payments
Can be arranged. You will need to follow Step 1 above first.
Then please call 01252 547000 and we can arrange a mutually
convenient time for you to drop in to our accounts office, make your
payment and pick up your poster.

Delivery
All our prices include 1st Class Recorded Signature Delivery
in a sturdy tube to mainland UK only.
Please note these prices are based on signed for delivery to British
mainland only! For shipping costs to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland,
Isle of Man, BFPO, Europe or the rest of the world please contact us.

We will print your poster when your cheque has cleared. This may
take 4 - 5 working days. Delivery is approx 10 working days from
receipt of your cheque.
If your poster is urgent, please call 01252 547000 to discuss further
delivery options and costs.

Rather send your image on a CD?
If you are unable to email images to us, then why not post us a CD with a copy of your image on it along with your cheque?

Simply print a duplicate copy of your email from Step 1 (left) and enclose it along with your CD and cheque.

Please note we are unable to return your CDs and cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post on their way to us.
